Weaponry Trial 2

This trial punishes ranged damage, but AOE attacks are fine.

The boss begins the battle by debuffing the two farthest targets with no healing. It then repeats the following pattern:

1. Attacks and knockbacks the target farthest from it
2. Attacks the two closest targets (inflicting a thunder debuff that will do piercing damage in a cross shape on the subsequent turn)
3. Attacks with frontal knockback AOE and spawns rocks that will explode if they’re hit with piercing damage

Tip

Papal Guard is amazing for tanking the nuke in ①. He can sustain himself without support from your healer when equipped with the Cooling Powder trinket and the Gibbous Moon tarot whisper.

Caution

If the boss kills a unit, it gets an extra turn.

Searching

• Search for words in any order (e.g. Edda Nungal will result in the same data set as Nungal Edda).
• Use double quotes to search for an exact phrase (e.g. “Papal Guard”).
• Negative search matching using an exclamation mark before a word (e.g. !Gloria will find all runs that do not contain “Gloria”).
• You can search for 🌐, 🇯🇵, and 🇨🇳 runs (e.g. 🌐 Angel !Gloria).

Stage 11 - Level 70

Tip

In Stage 11, the rocks no longer explode from merely being hit with piercing damage. You’ll need to balance destroying the rocks and attacking the boss to avoid being wiped by the boss exploding the rocks. You can let the cross shape attack hit the rocks to do some damage before you finish them off.
